Full-Time Estate Administration Paralegal
Sessa & Dorsey, LLC, a distinguished boutique estates and trusts law firm located in Hunt Valley, MD, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Administration of decedent estates and/or trusts, including:
- Drafting and filing probate filings to the Orphans’ Courts
- Coordinating appraisals and valuations for inventory and estate tax filings
- Coordinating transfer of assets
- Preparing fiduciary accountings
- Coordinating filing of income tax returns (individual and fiduciary)
- Managing all filing deadlines
- Communicating with clients, financial planners, and accountants, etc.
- Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
- Coordinate life insurance premium payments and monitor policy updates
- Maintain ILIT files, including statements, contribution logs, and carrier correspondence
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of Estate Administration experience
Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with ILIT’s, Crummey notices, and life insurance documentation
Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in estate administration and/or trust administration in Maryland
- Experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting, including use of GEMS or other accounting software
